How to use

Mix 30 g of powder (2 scoops) with 500 ml of water and drink in sips during training. For workouts shorter than 60 minutes, the body usually doesn't need the electrolytes from the drink – in that case, plain water is sufficient.

Pros and Cons

The amount of carbohydrates is suitable for longer or more intense workouts
The combination of fast- and slow-acting sugars helps provide a more stable energy supply
Magnesium is in a more absorbable form
No artificial sweeteners
Sodium content is somewhat above sports recommendations – suitable mainly for longer or intense workouts
High sugar content (20.6 g per dose) is not suitable for everyday drinking outside of training
Provides the most benefit during endurance training (running, cycling) – less useful for short or strength-based workouts

Suitable for

Athletes and recreational exercisers doing longer or intense workouts – replenishes lost fluids and electrolytes
People exercising in hot environments – due to more intense sweating
People who need energy during longer workouts – a source of carbohydrates
For workouts shorter than 60 minutes, the body usually doesn't need the electrolytes from the drink – in that case, plain water is completely sufficient. Marketing often presents electrolyte drinks as something everyone who trains needs, but sports science guidelines recommend them mainly for workouts longer than an hour, or for intense sweating in hot environments.
It's not necessarily bad, but the content is somewhat above typical sports recommendations. The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines recommend approximately 500–700 mg of sodium and 40–80 g of carbohydrates per liter of drink for workouts longer than an hour. This product's carbohydrate content, at the recommended dilution, falls within this range, while its sodium content (around 1146 mg/l) is somewhat above it – so it makes the most sense for longer, more intense, or very sweaty workouts.
Electrolytes are most beneficial for endurance athletes and people who train intensely for longer periods or in the heat and therefore sweat a lot. If your cycling sessions last considerably longer than an hour, the product will likely benefit you; for shorter, more relaxed rides, you'll probably do fine with water alone. In most cases, when cycling, an adequate intake of carbohydrates for energy plays a bigger role.
Due to its relatively high sugar content (20.6 g per dose), the product is not designed for regular everyday drinking outside of exercise – it is intended primarily to replenish energy and electrolytes during physical activity, not as a substitute for water throughout the day.
May contain traces of milk, eggs, gluten-containing cereals, soy, peanuts, nuts and fish.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
