How to use

Mix a dose with 200 ml of water and consume 15 minutes before physical activity. For better recovery, also take 1 dose immediately after physical activity. The prepared drink can also be sipped gradually during physical activity itself.

Pros and Cons

High leucine ratio (4:1:1) - leucine is considered the key trigger of anabolic signaling pathways (mTOR)
Suitable for use during periods of more intense training or a caloric deficit
Addition of L-glutamine, which can be a functional enhancement for recovery, though it does not improve the bioavailability of the BCAA component itself
Contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and normal protein metabolism
Low energy value per dose
Contains only three essential amino acids (BCAAs), so it is not a complete protein source
Contains artificial sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame K) and flavoring - may cause bloating in sensitive individuals
If total daily dietary protein intake is already sufficient, the additional benefit of standalone BCAA supplementation is limited (Wolfe, 2017)
Among the compared products, it has no publicly available data on independent laboratory testing

Suitable for

Athletes looking for a BCAA product with added glutamine for broader recovery support
People doing longer or more intense workouts who want to supplement their amino acid intake before and after training
Users who value the addition of vitamin B6 for normal protein metabolism
L-glutamine is a separate amino acid that performs its own role in the body, including in the regeneration of the intestinal lining and immune system after intense exercise, but it does not improve the bioavailability or action of the BCAA component itself (leucine, isoleucine, valine) in the formula. It is therefore a functional enhancement to the product, not an ingredient that strengthens the basic, documented effect of BCAAs - namely the reduction of muscle soreness and markers of muscle damage after exercise (Fouré and Bendahan, 2017). If you're looking for a product specifically for the glutamine content, it's worth checking whether the 3048 mg dose per serving suits your goals, as research on standalone glutamine supplementation for athletes is mixed.
Vitamin B6 is an important cofactor in protein metabolism and contributes to reducing fatigue, which is a generally recognized function of this vitamin, but not proof that the product accelerates muscle growth. The basic mechanism that BCAA manufacturers often highlight - direct stimulation of muscle protein synthesis - is, according to Wolfe (2017), questionable for standalone BCAAs; without the remaining essential amino acids, BCAAs do not reliably stimulate MPS. A realistic expectation from this product is therefore support for recovery and reduced fatigue, not direct muscle building, which depends primarily on total protein intake, energy intake, and training.
The manufacturer recommends one dose approximately 15 minutes before physical activity and one immediately after, and the prepared drink can also be sipped gradually during the workout itself. If you train in the evening, this schedule is not problematic - BCAAs have no stimulant effect on the nervous system that would disrupt sleep, and glutamine and B6 are also not known to affect alertness. More important than the exact timing is that with the two doses (approximately 12 g of BCAAs total) you reach the level used in studies on reducing muscle soreness (Khemtong et al., 2021), and that you supplement consistently, over several consecutive days (Salem et al., 2024).
The formula contains two artificial sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame K), which can cause mild bloating or discomfort in individuals with a very sensitive digestive tract, and exceeding the recommended dose can also cause digestive issues. The product also contains traces of milk and soy due to soy lecithin, which is important for allergy sufferers. If you have a sensitive stomach, we recommend starting with a smaller dose and monitoring your body's response. People with maple syrup urine disease or advanced liver disease are advised to consult a doctor before use.
Milk, soy
Contains sucralose and acesulfame K - in individuals with a very sensitive digestive tract, the artificial sweeteners may trigger mild bloating
Exceeding the recommended dose may cause digestive issues (bloating, nausea, stomach discomfort)
Contains traces of milk and soy (due to soy lecithin) - be cautious if you have allergies
People with maple syrup urine disease (MSUD) or advanced liver disease should use the product only after consulting a doctor
