Pros and Cons

High sodium content (500 mg per tablet) – close to the upper limit of the recommended concentration for replacing sweat losses
Added vitamin C (80 mg) and vitamin B12
Available in three flavors
Practical effervescent tablet packaging for easy preparation anywhere
Effectiveness depends on adequate fluid intake
Magnesium (25 mg) and potassium (100 mg) per tablet are relatively low-dosed compared to losses during intense sweating
Magnesium is in the form of magnesium carbonate, which has lower bioavailability than, for example, magnesium citrate or bisglycinate
The product has no publicly available independent laboratory test report

Suitable for

Athletes and recreational exercisers
Runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes
Individuals who sweat heavily during exercise
People training in hot weather
Vegans and vegetarians
This concentration (1000 mg of sodium per liter) is indeed at the upper limit or above the typical professional recommendation, which suggests around 500-700 mg of sodium per liter for replacing sweat losses during exercise (Pérez-Castillo et al., 2024). For people who sweat very heavily during exercise, such as when training in heat or during prolonged exertion, this may be appropriate or even desirable (Butler-Dawson et al., 2020), whereas for lighter or shorter workouts it makes sense to dissolve the tablet in a larger amount of water or use the product less frequently. If you have high blood pressure or kidney disease, consult a doctor before regular use.
Magnesium is indeed an important cofactor in more than 300 enzymatic reactions, including muscle function and relaxation (Souza et al., 2023), but in these tablets its role is more supplementary than primary – 25 mg per tablet is well below the daily recommendation of 300-400 mg. Additionally, the magnesium here is in the form of magnesium carbonate, which is not among the more bioavailable forms compared to, for example, magnesium citrate or bisglycinate. If your primary goal is magnesium for muscle recovery, we recommend a separate, dedicated magnesium supplement.
No, the manufacturer explicitly advises against use in pregnant and breastfeeding women, so in this case we recommend against using this product without prior consultation with a doctor. There is relatively little data on the safety of high doses of individual electrolytes, especially sodium, during breastfeeding, so it makes sense to follow the precautionary note on the label.
The electrolytes in this product can help replace minerals lost through sweating, which is one of the factors associated with muscle cramps, but the mechanism behind exercise-related cramps remains multifactorial and is not fully explained by electrolyte status alone. One clinical study showed slightly fewer cramps with the use of an electrolyte-amino acid drink compared to a standard carbohydrate-electrolyte drink, but the differences were modest (McIntosh et al., 2024). The product therefore cannot be presented as a reliable solution against cramps, but rather as support for general hydration during exercise.
No major allergens listed.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose (maximum 4 tablets per day)
The product is not recommended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers
If you are taking medication or have health issues, consult a doctor before use
