How to use

The recommended daily dose is 1–2 servings (13–26 g), dissolved in 300 ml of water. On training days, take 2 servings (before and after training), and on non-training days, take 1 serving on an empty stomach.

Pros and Cons

Contains the optimal amino acid ratio of 2:1:1
Highest BCAA content per serving in this product group (10 g), with the option of two daily servings (up to 20 g/day)
Added vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
Contains only three essential amino acids, not all nine
Does not represent a complete protein source
Contains the artificial sweetener sucralose, which may not suit some users
A broad list of allergens from the production facility (milk, soy, fish, eggs, crustaceans, oats, wheat, peanuts) requires caution for those with known allergies
Effects are limited if total dietary protein intake is already sufficient

Suitable for

More intense athletes who want to achieve a higher daily BCAA intake (up to 20 g/day with two servings)
Users looking for BCAA with added vitamin B6 to help reduce fatigue
People who want a separate dose before and after training on training days
BCAA doses up to approximately 20 g per day are commonly used in clinical literature on reducing muscle soreness (DOMS) and markers of muscle damage, and have not proven problematic for healthy adults in studies (Salem et al., 2024; Khemtong et al., 2021). With this product, two servings (26 g) reach 20 g of BCAA, which is at the upper end of this range. As with all amino acid supplements, caution is advised for people with liver disease, maple syrup urine disease (MSUD), or during pregnancy/breastfeeding – in these cases, consult a doctor before use.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is covered by officially authorized health claims regarding its contribution to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (EFSA). In this product it is precisely dosed (3.5 mg per serving), making it a useful but secondary addition to the core BCAA formula – the main purpose of the product remains supporting post-workout recovery through BCAA, not through vitamin B6 alone.
The higher BCAA dose (10 g per serving) of this product increases the likelihood of an effect on reducing muscle soreness and markers of muscle damage after exercise (Martinho et al., 2022), but does not necessarily mean faster muscle growth. Wolfe (2017) showed that standalone BCAA – regardless of dose – without the remaining essential amino acids do not stimulate muscle protein synthesis. For muscle growth, sufficient total daily protein intake from complete sources is decisive, while BCAA can mainly complement the recovery aspect.
No, the product itself does not contain fish, crustaceans or the other listed allergens as ingredients – the warning refers to the fact that the product is manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing milk, soy, fish, eggs, crustaceans, oats, wheat and peanuts, so trace cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out. This is usually not an issue for people with mild sensitivities, but those with a diagnosed serious allergy should consult a doctor.
Milk, soy, fish, eggs, crustaceans, oats, wheat, peanuts
Contains sucralose – an artificial sweetener that may cause mild bloating in people with sensitive digestion
Higher doses may cause digestive issues (bloating, nausea, stomach discomfort)
Produced in a facility that processes milk, soy, fish, eggs, crustaceans, oats, wheat and peanuts – caution advised for known allergies
People with maple syrup urine disease (MSUD) should exclude BCAA from their diet; consult a doctor in case of liver disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding
