How to use

Mix 2 g (half a scoop) with approximately 400 ml of water and take twice a day. On training days, take one of the doses approximately 30 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Beta-alanine works gradually, so for best results daily use is important, including on non-training days.

This is a gap in the available data on this specific product, not evidence that use by these groups is safe. Data on the safety of beta-alanine in pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children is currently lacking in the scientific literature, so expert recommendations (Trexler et al., 2015; de Oliveira et al., 2023) consistently advise caution or avoidance of use in these groups, regardless of whether a warning is printed on the specific packaging. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or considering use for a minor, always consult a doctor before introducing the product.
Yes, splitting the dose into two smaller 2 g portions makes scientific sense for two reasons: you reach a total of 4 g per day, which corresponds to the lower end of the clinically studied effective range (Trexler et al., 2015), while each individual dose stays below the threshold of approximately 1.6 g, above which more pronounced skin tingling is more likely to occur with standard formulations (Trexler et al., 2015). This product is therefore dosed in line with good practice to reduce unpleasant, though harmless, side effects.
Calcium phosphates are used in this product in very small amounts as an anti-caking agent, to keep the powder free-flowing and prevent clumping. This is a well-established and safe food additive, also commonly used as a source of calcium in other products, and it does not affect the action of beta-alanine. It is not an active ingredient, so at such small amounts it does not significantly contribute to daily calcium intake.
The price per gram of active substance is indeed the highest in the compared group for this product, but the trade-off is that the usage instructions (2x2 g daily) precisely match the clinically studied dose, and the formula is free of flavors, sweeteners and colorings, with a high (99.5%) declared purity of beta-alanine (Trexler et al., 2015). If consistent dosing without having to calculate it yourself matters to you, and you value having as few additives as possible, the price premium is understandable; if you're simply looking for the lowest price per gram of active substance, cheaper alternatives with the same active ingredient are available within the group.
May contain traces of milk, eggs, gluten-containing cereals, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts.
The recommended daily amount or dose must not be exceeded
A tingling sensation on the skin may occur after taking the product, which is a natural and expected effect of beta-alanine use
