How to use

Take 3 tablets daily with a sufficient amount of liquid. The tablets can be taken before, during or after exercise, whenever you want to replenish lost electrolytes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Electrolytes are especially useful during longer workouts, in hot weather, or when sweating heavily.

Pros and Cons

Contains five electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports electrolyte balance
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function
Calcium supports energy metabolism and normal neurotransmission
Magnesium and calcium support optimal muscle function
Convenient tablet form with no need to prepare a drink
One of the few products in this category with disclosed independent laboratory testing (GBA Group, 3/2025)
Magnesium is in oxide form, which is typically less well absorbed than citrate, malate or bisglycinate
Compared to some electrolyte powders, it contains less sodium (240 mg per dose)
Does not contain carbohydrates for additional energy during prolonged exercise
Contains anti-caking agents and fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate)

Suitable for

Individuals who sweat heavily during sports
People training in hot weather
Fans of endurance sports and longer activities
Active individuals who want to support hydration without preparing drinks
Vegans and vegetarians
Magnesium oxide is a commonly used form because it is cheaper and has a high concentration of elemental magnesium per gram, but unfortunately it is considered one of the less absorbable forms – it is estimated that only about 4% of the intake amount is absorbed, compared to organic forms such as citrate, malate or bisglycinate, which have significantly better bioavailability (Koc et al., 2025; Merschmann et al., 2025). This means that despite the stated dose of 144 mg of magnesium per serving, the actual contribution to the body's stores likely lags behind products with organic magnesium salts. If magnesium is an important part of your reason for buying, consider a product with a different form of this ingredient.
For this product, GymBeam discloses that testing was carried out by the independent laboratory GBA Group in March 2025, with a report covering microbiology and heavy metals. This is a positive compared to most products in this category, where independent testing is not disclosed at all. However, we cannot guarantee that the report is tied specifically to the batch you will receive upon purchase – for this information, we recommend contacting the GymBeam seller directly.
No, the manufacturer explicitly states on the label that the product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. This is a sensible precautionary warning, as data on the safety of high doses of combined electrolyte supplements during pregnancy are not extensive. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and are considering additional electrolyte intake, it is better to consult your gynecologist or doctor, who can assess your specific needs.
For very long and intense efforts in the heat, the sodium content of this product (240 mg per dose of three tablets) is on the lower end of the range that scientific literature cites as a target for replacing sweat losses during exercise longer than 60-90 minutes (approximately 500-700 mg Na per liter of fluid; Pérez-Castillo et al., 2024). For very long efforts, you may need an additional source of sodium or more frequent dosing based on your individual sweat losses. We also recommend paying attention to adequate fluid intake during such long efforts, as excessive water intake without electrolytes can, in rare cases, lead to serious hyponatremia (Rangan et al., 2021).
No major allergens listed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
Not suitable for children, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers
