How to use

Pour 200 ml of water into a shaker, add 1 scoop (5 g) of powder, shake well and consume once daily after training.

Pros and Cons

Contains BCAA amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio – the optimal ratio most commonly used in research
Extremely clean formula – besides the three amino acids, only an emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) and citric acid, with no artificial sweeteners, flavourings or colourings
Supports recovery after exercise
Contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass
Contains only three essential amino acids, not all nine
Does not represent a complete protein source
Only one serving per day is recommended (5 g of BCAAs), which is at the lower end of the doses linked in research to reduced muscle soreness after exercise
Without added sweetener, the taste can be distinctly sour or bitter for some users
Effects are limited if total dietary protein intake is already sufficient

Suitable for

Athletes who want BCAAs without added sweeteners or flavourings – a clean formula with just two auxiliary ingredients
Users looking for a large pack for long-term use – 500 g is enough for approximately 100 servings
People who already get enough protein from food and want BCAAs primarily as support for post-workout recovery
BCAAs were long considered a direct stimulator of muscle growth, but more recent reviews of the evidence challenge this. Wolfe (2017) showed that BCAAs alone – without the remaining essential amino acids – do not stimulate muscle protein synthesis, and when administered intravenously they even reduced overall muscle protein turnover. A more reliable benefit of BCAAs is a reduction in muscle soreness (DOMS) and markers of muscle damage after intense exercise (Fouré and Bendahan, 2017). For actual muscle growth, a sufficient total daily protein intake from all sources is key, while BCAAs can act as additional support for recovery rather than a standalone muscle-building tool.
Clinical studies on reducing exercise-induced muscle soreness (DOMS) have mostly used total daily BCAA doses of roughly 5 to 20 g, with a more recent meta-regression showing that higher doses and longer supplementation periods (more than 7 days) produce better results (Salem et al., 2024). At 5 g per day, as recommended by the manufacturer for this product, you are at the lower end of this range – so an effect may be present, but is likely less pronounced than with products offering a higher recommended daily dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the label without consulting a professional.
This product intentionally contains no added sweeteners, flavourings or colourings – it consists only of the three BCAA amino acids, an emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) and citric acid as an acidity regulator. This means a cleaner formula without the artificial sweetener sucralose found in most other BCAA products, but also a more pronounced, sour taste, which is also noted by users in reviews. If the taste is too intense for you, you can mix it with more water or add it to another beverage.
The label states that the product may contain traces of milk, soy, eggs, celery, sulphites, fish, crustaceans and nuts due to possible cross-contamination during production, not because these ingredients are part of the formula itself. For people with mild sensitivity, this usually poses no risk, but for those with a diagnosed, severe allergy (e.g. to nuts), we recommend consulting an allergist or doctor before use, as even trace amounts can trigger a reaction in highly sensitive individuals.
Milk, soy, eggs, celery, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, nuts
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded
The product may contain traces of milk, soy, eggs, celery, sulphites, fish, crustaceans and nuts – exercise caution if you have a known allergy
People with maple syrup urine disease (MSUD) should exclude BCAAs from their diet; in cases of liver disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use
