Suitable for

Athletes who want a fast source of protein after training, with added digestive enzymes for easier digestion
People who have experienced bloating or digestive issues with other protein powders
Users looking for a longer, more gradual release of amino acids thanks to the added casein
The Digezyme complex contains five enzymes (amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, and cellulase) that help break down proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and lactose during digestion. This is a useful addition especially for people who often experience bloating or heavier digestion after protein shakes, since lactase helps break down milk sugar while the other enzymes support the general digestion of macronutrients. If you haven't had such issues with other products in this category, the added enzymes aren't strictly necessary, but they are a valuable addition for more sensitive digestive systems and pose no risk to healthy adults.
No, quite the opposite – casein is digested more slowly than whey, so the combination provides both a quick initial rise in amino acids and a more gradual, extended release of amino acids from the casein. For overall muscle building, total daily protein intake remains the most important factor, since both whey and casein have high biological value and DIAAS (Herreman et al., 2020). Whey is particularly suitable right after training due to its rapid absorption, while slower sources like casein make more sense when you'll go longer without a meal, for example before sleep.
It's possible that this product will suit you better than standard protein powders, as it contains an added digestive enzyme complex, including lactase, which helps break down the lactose from the whey concentrate and casein. This may reduce bloating or discomfort in people with mild lactose sensitivity. However, if you have a diagnosed lactose intolerance or a milk allergy, the added enzymes don't eliminate the underlying risk, since the product still contains milk proteins and lactose – in this case, it's still advisable to consult a doctor before incorporating it into regular use.
As a single meal, 25 g of protein falls within the ISSN's recommended range for stimulating muscle protein synthesis (approximately 20–40 g per meal, depending on body weight) (Jäger et al., 2017), making it a good individual dose for frequent training. With intense and frequent exercise, however, total daily protein intake matters more, and the benefits for muscle mass and strength from resistance training increase up to a threshold of about 1.6 g/kg of body weight per day (Morton et al., 2018). A single serving of this product can therefore be part of, but not the entire solution to, your daily intake.
Milk, eggs, soy, gluten
Not for vegans: since the protein is derived from cow's milk, this product is not suitable for a vegan diet.
Contains lactose: for people with lactose intolerance, whey concentrate may cause digestive disturbances and discomfort.
Contains artificial sweeteners: in people with very sensitive digestive systems, these may trigger mild bloating.
