Instructions

1
Heat the olive oil in a large wok or deep skillet. Add the ground meat and break it into small pieces with a spatula while cooking. Cook until the meat is completely browned.
2
Add the chopped garlic and grated ginger to the meat. Sauté for about 1 minute to release their aroma, being careful not to burn the garlic.
3
Add the shredded cabbage and carrot to the pan. Stir and sauté over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes, or until the cabbage softens but still retains some crunch.
4
Pour in the soy sauce (or coconut aminos) and sesame oil. Add ground pepper and salt if needed. Mix everything well.
5
Continue cooking for another 2 minutes to let the flavors combine. If you want the dish spicier, stir in sriracha sauce now.
6
Remove from heat, sprinkle with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds, and serve immediately.

Nutritional benefits

Due to its high content of cruciferous vegetables (cabbage), this meal supports the liver's natural detoxification processes and provides a rich source of fiber for healthy digestion.
