Banana cookies with chocolate chips

These soft and moist cookies are the perfect solution when you crave something sweet but don't want to compromise your fitness goals. Made without white flour or sugar, they get their natural sweetness from ripe bananas, while oats and peanut butter provide long-lasting energy. Instructions

1
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2
In a bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly until you get a smooth puree. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla, then mix well.
3
Into the wet mixture, add oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until you have a uniform, slightly sticky dough.
4
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
5
Use a spoon to scoop the dough and place it on the baking sheet. Using the back of the spoon or your fingers, lightly flatten each mound and shape into a circle.
6
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges of the cookies turn golden brown while the center remains soft.
7
Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for another 5 minutes to cool slightly and firm up, then transfer them to a wire rack.
