Instructions

Place the frozen blueberries, ripe avocado, fresh baby spinach, almond butter and chia seeds into a blender.

Add the powdered erythritol and pour it all over with unsweetened almond milk.

Blend all the ingredients on high speed for about 1 to 2 minutes, until you get a completely smooth and creamy texture with no visible pieces of spinach or blueberries.

If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk; if you want it colder, mix in a few ice cubes and blend briefly again.

Pour the creamy smoothie into two chilled glasses, garnish with a few whole blueberries or chia seeds if desired, and serve immediately while fresh.
