Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken breast, grated Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper until you get a uniform mixture.

Place the mixture on the parchment paper and flatten it with your hands or another sheet of paper into a thin circle (about 0.5 cm thick).

Bake the crust for 15–20 minutes, until it turns golden brown and firm to the touch.

Remove from the oven and spread tomato sauce, grated mozzarella and bell pepper over it.

Bake for another 5–10 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and lightly browned. Sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
