Instructions

Boil the eggs (about 9 minutes), cool them, peel, and cut into halves or quarters.

Season the chicken breasts and cook them in a pan with a little oil for 4–5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, let them rest, then slice into strips.

In a small jar, mix all the dressing ingredients: olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Shake vigorously to form an emulsion.

Place a bed of lettuce in a large bowl. Arrange the prepared chicken, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, chickpeas, and feta cheese on top in parallel rows.

Sprinkle the salad with fresh herbs and, if desired, crispy bacon.

Just before serving, drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing and gently toss.
