Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a bowl, mix the diced potatoes with 1.0 tablespoon of olive oil, rosemary and a pinch of salt. Spread onto the tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, since the potatoes need more time than the meat and vegetables.

Meanwhile, in the same bowl prepare the turkey and broccoli. Mix them with the remaining oil, sweet paprika, chopped garlic and pepper.

Remove the tray from the oven. Push the potatoes to one side, and arrange the turkey strips and broccoli florets on the other side.

Bake everything together for another 12–15 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan over the broccoli and meat so it turns golden.

Serve the dish straight from the tray for an authentic homemade feel. If desired, add a few drops of lemon juice for freshness.
