FIT LIFE STUDIO deluje kot izrazito osebnousmerjen vadbeni studio, kjer je prostor sekundaren, glavno vlogo pa ima delo ene nosilne trenerke. Ne gre za fitnes v klasičnem smislu, temveč za terminološko voden sistem, kjer uporabnik brez dogovora praktično nima kaj početi. Najbolj ustreza posameznikom, ki iščejo kontinuirano sodelovanje z isto osebo in jim ne predstavlja težave odvisnost od urnika ter razpoložljivosti. Realna omejitev centra je nizka skalabilnost – izkušnja je lahko dobra, a ni prenosljiva ali nadomestljiva.
