How to use

Take 1 serving (3 g) daily, dissolved in 300 ml of water or juice. On training days, take 1 serving before training, and on non-training days take 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach.

Pros and Cons

Creatine monohydrate in micronized form – the most researched form of creatine, with better solubility in liquid
Added taurine (300 mg per serving) – a popular ingredient in sports nutrition, although scientific synergy with creatine for this purpose has not been confirmed
Supports strength, explosiveness and recovery during short, intense efforts
Available in three flavors (apple, cola, natural) – easier to incorporate into a daily routine
Convenient packaging (250 g)
May cause temporary increase in body mass due to water retention
Effects depend on regular, daily use
Benefits are less pronounced in long-duration endurance sports
The daily dose (3 g of product, of which 2.7 g is creatine monohydrate) is at the lower end of the clinically established maintenance range of 3-5 g (Kreider et al., 2017)

Suitable for

Recreational athletes and sportspeople who want to increase training strength
Short, high-intensity efforts (sprints, weightlifting)
Team sports activities
Interval training
Maintaining strength across consecutive training sets
Gaining muscle mass alongside regular training
Taurine is a commonly used ingredient in sports nutrition, but for the combination with creatine monohydrate there is currently no published, reproducible clinical evidence that it significantly enhances effects on strength or muscle mass compared to pure creatine monohydrate alone. A critical review of creatine formulas (Kreider, Jäger & Purpura, 2022) highlights that claims of additional benefits are often marketing-driven and not supported by peer-reviewed studies. The core benefit of the product therefore comes from creatine monohydrate itself, which is the scientifically best-supported form of creatine (Kreider et al., 2017).
The dose in this product is 3 g of product, of which approximately 2.7 g is pure creatine monohydrate, which is just below the lower end of the clinically established maintenance dose of 3-5 g/day (Kreider et al., 2017, ISSN Position Stand). With direct maintenance dosing without a loading phase, the body reaches full muscle creatine saturation in approximately 3-4 weeks; with a slightly lower dose, this process may take a bit longer. For most recreational users, the dose will still provide benefits, while more serious athletes may consider a product with a full 3-5 g of pure creatine per serving.
There is no explicit warning on this product's label regarding pregnancy or breastfeeding, but AdvancedU recommends caution for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers with all creatine-containing products, as the evidence on the safety of creatine intake during this period is currently insufficient (Longobardi et al., 2025). We recommend consulting a doctor or gynecologist familiar with your health condition before using any dietary supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
In healthy adults, extensive reviews of evidence do not confirm that standard doses of creatine monohydrate (up to approximately 5 g/day long-term) harm kidney function – a slight increase in serum creatinine is an expected physiological effect of creatine metabolism and not a sign of damage (Antonio et al., 2023; Longobardi et al., 2025). The situation is different for individuals already diagnosed with kidney disease – for them, we recommend obtaining a doctor's opinion before using creatine, including this product, as existing safety data for this group are insufficient.
May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, sesame, nuts, celery and soy.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient of the product
The label does not explicitly list warnings for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, adolescents, or individuals with kidney disease – AdvancedU recommends that these groups consult a doctor before use
