Instructions
1
In a glass jar with a lid, use a spoon to thoroughly mix the milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup until you get a smooth, even liquid base.
2
Pour the gluten-free oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds and vanilla extract into the prepared liquid mixture, and add a small pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.
3
Thoroughly stir all the ingredients in the jar so that the cocoa and chia seeds are evenly distributed and no lumps form.
4
Seal the jar tightly with the lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, so the oats and chia seeds can swell and create a velvety pudding-like texture.
5
The next morning, take the jar out of the refrigerator, stir the mixture once more before eating (optionally add a splash of milk for a thinner consistency), and serve immediately, chilled.
