Instructions

1
Thoroughly wash a fresh red bell pepper, cut it in half lengthwise with a sharp knife, and remove the seeds and inner white membranes with a small spoon to get two clean halves that will serve as the "bread".
2
Evenly spread cream cheese on the inside of both prepared pepper halves.
3
On one pepper half, place washed young fresh spinach leaves, then layer slices of turkey ham and a slice of hard cheese on top.
4
Gently press the other pepper half over the filling to create a sandwich, and if desired, cut it in half lengthwise and serve immediately.
