Instructions

Toast the slices of whole-grain bread in a toaster until golden yellow and place them on serving plates.

Cut the sliced turkey breast into smaller strips or cubes.

In a bowl, gently whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper using a fork.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the turkey breast and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, until lightly browned and fragrant.
