Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the oat flakes and ground cinnamon, and toast while stirring constantly for about 3 minutes, until fragrant.

Pour the maple syrup over the toasted oat flakes, mix well and toast for another 1 minute, so the flakes caramelize slightly. Remove the pan from the heat and let the flakes cool until crispy.

Spoon the unsweetened soy (or coconut) yogurt into a breakfast bowl and stir gently with a spoon until smoothly creamy.

Arrange the washed fresh blueberries over the yogurt base, then add the cooled crispy homemade granola.

Finally, sprinkle everything with hulled hemp seeds and serve immediately while fresh.
