AUSTINDEEP Lake Austin

AUSTINDEEP is a massage practice built around its own deep tissue method, a full-body system that works on the fascia, starting with a warming preparation and followed by deep tissue and trigger point work. Therapists are trained in-house, so the approach is the same with every therapist. Clients include people who train regularly and those with long workdays. It is most suitable for people wanting maintenance bodywork and relief from tight, stiff areas.
