StarPro Physical and Hand Therapy – West 52nd St. NY

Absolutely phenomenal experience. From Brian (PT) to Marisa (OT) (I came in pretty jacked up) and even Elliot aiding, this process was made so much better with the great knowledge and laughter alongside it. Never felt like my time spent here was just mundane. Consistently felt supported by the office staff with my schedule, and as well by the therapists with the hard work. Honestly, the best part of all of this terrible process is my time spent at Professional PT.

I am really glad that I chose to go to All Star Pro and that Malik is my physical therapist. With a stubborn shoulder injury, I appreciate that I was intentionally paired with someone who is so knowledgeable and experienced about shoulder rehabilitation. He took my concerns and pains seriously. He also understands the balance of knowing when to elevate exercises and when to slow things down if there’s pain. In those moments, he is respectful and supportive. When exercises may not go as planned, he adapts or switches the exercise quickly to fit my needs. He is encouraging even-keeled, which is calming when you are frustrated. He has a kind rapport with his patients. I also worked with Mahal once when I had to reschedule an appointment and she was also kind and smart about my rehabilitation. I would recommend trying out All Star Pro for physical therapy needs.

I have been going to Starpro for a year. I highly recommend the location on 52nd Street and 8th Avenue. Malik is my Physical Therapist and he is the most patient and knowledgeable person at Starpro. I had Rotator Cuff Surgery in January of 2026 and I’m recovering all thanks to Malik and his Team. They are very dedicated and friendly. They make you feel at home. 👌🏼

There are no words to describe how much I adore these folks... They're absolutely incredible. The entire crew at this facility is not only kind and patient... They're also INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, professional, and well-versed in their craft. I've been working with Jeff for several months at this point, and I don't think I could have possibly made this much progress anywhere else in this city. I've been recommending StarPro (especially this location) to every single person who will give me the time of day... If you're looking for physical therapists, you can stop searching. I've been through physical therapy before, and it was never close to anything resembling this level of care and knowledge. These folks are above and beyond, and I'm incredibly grateful to be their patient!

I was treated for a hand injury due to a fall. My thumb was operated on and needed PT. Jeffrey Wong was my therapist. The entire experience was wonderful. From scheduling appointments, the environment of the space, and the professionalism of the staff. Jeffrey is a great therapist. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He answered every question I had about my recovery and offered lots of helpful hints. I recommend STARPRO highly.
