Instructions

1
Pour the unsweetened soy milk into the high-performance blender jug first, as having a liquid base at the bottom makes blending easier and smoother.
2
Add the soy protein powder, chia seeds and natural peanut butter, which will give the smoothie a pleasant fullness and creamy texture.
3
Finally, add the frozen banana pieces and frozen blueberries to the blender. Using frozen fruit is key, as it acts as a natural chiller and creates a thick texture without adding ice, which would dilute the flavor.
4
Blend all the ingredients at the highest speed for about 1 to 2 minutes, until the mixture becomes completely velvety, smooth and free of any lumps.
5
Pour the thick protein drink into a large glass jar, sprinkle the top with a few extra blueberries or chia seeds if desired, and serve immediately while fresh.
