Pour the almond drink into the blender jug first, then add the soy yogurt. Adding liquid at the bottom prevents the leafy greens from getting stuck around the blades.

Add the fresh spinach and blend it briefly with the liquid to get a smooth green base with no visible leaf pieces.

Add the frozen mango, banana, chia seeds, lemon juice and ginger to the blender.

Blend all the ingredients on high speed for about 60 seconds, or until the texture becomes completely velvety and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into a large glass and enjoy immediately while still cold.
