Instructions

1
Flavor tip: If you have a minute, quickly toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan. Once they become fragrant and the skin cracks slightly, they'll take on an incomparably deeper flavor. Chop them before adding to the bowl.
2
Mix the yogurt in a bowl with cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk it quickly with a spoon for about 30 seconds until it becomes noticeably fluffier.
3
Place the berries on top of the yogurt. If using blueberries, you can gently press a few with a fork to release their juice and naturally color the yogurt.
4
Drizzle with a spoonful of almond butter. If the butter is too thick, warm it slightly between your palms while holding the jar.
5
Generously sprinkle everything with the crunchy hazelnuts.

Nutritional benefits

The high biotin and vitamin E content in hazelnuts, combined with quality protein from yogurt, helps maintain healthy hair and skin, while probiotic cultures support optimal digestive function and strengthen the body's natural immunity.
