Instructions

1
In a glass jar, first mix the dry ingredients: oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. The salt will enhance the sweetness of the vanilla without adding extra sugar.
2
Add the milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir everything thoroughly with a spoon until you get a smooth mixture with no lumps of protein powder.
3
Sprinkle blueberries on top (if using frozen ones, they will release a wonderful juice overnight). Seal the jar tightly and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
4
Before eating, give it a quick stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a spoonful or two of milk. Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped almonds to keep a crunchy texture.
