Instructions
1
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, harissa, salt and pepper. Score the chicken fillets at their thickest parts and coat them with the marinade. Let rest for at least 30 minutes.
2
Meanwhile, roast the whole peppers in the oven at 220 °C (grill function) until the skin turns black and blisters rise.
3
Transfer the roasted peppers to a bowl, cover with foil for 10 minutes, then peel them and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into strips and season with balsamic vinegar and parsley.
4
Heat a pan well. Take the chicken fillets out of the marinade (leaving the excess marinade on the meat) and cook over medium-high heat for about 6–7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown.
5
Remove the meat from the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes, then slice it.
6
Place the roasted pepper strips on a plate first, then arrange the chicken slices on top. Drizzle with a little of the remaining yogurt, if desired.
Nutritional benefits
Thanks to the high vitamin C content from the pepper and the quality protein in the chicken, this dish supports the immune system and optimal recovery after exercise.
