Instructions
- 1Heat coconut oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the oat flakes and ground cinnamon, and toast while stirring constantly for about 3 minutes, until fragrant.
- 2Pour the maple syrup over the toasted oat flakes, mix well and toast for another 1 minute, so the flakes caramelize slightly. Remove the pan from the heat and let the flakes cool until crispy.
- 3Spoon the unsweetened soy (or coconut) yogurt into a breakfast bowl and stir gently with a spoon until smoothly creamy.
- 4Arrange the washed fresh blueberries over the yogurt base, then add the cooled crispy homemade granola.
- 5Finally, sprinkle everything with hulled hemp seeds and serve immediately while fresh.
Nutritional benefits
Thanks to the high content of omega-3 fatty acids in hemp seeds and antioxidants in blueberries, this meal helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports brain health.
