Cleanest Planet fitness in the Bronx. Glad to be a member here and getting to know the workers were awesome. Whenever a machine is broken or damage they get it fixed within days. It’s only really busy in the day but during the morning and night time it’s a vibe
I was hesitant to sign up to this gym based on the reviews, but after coming in, I was greeted by Kwan who was working the front desk as well as doing cleaning duty. The guy had such a friendly attitude that it made me sign up the same day. The place gets busy some times but there’s definitely enough space to work on my back rehabilitation 🙏. Much thanks to Kwan
No lie I think this gym has 8+ years smelling like rodents at the entrance and they still haven’t corrected it. I come cause it’s closest to me and the equipment is pretty good.

Overall a solid gym. It has good equipment, lots of space and the staff is nice. I hate how packed it can get but other than that It gets the job done. Ive been coming here for a few months and ive noticed a couple changed this past month: 1.They got rid of the work out matts. There is one singular matt in the whole gym (yes i checked all the floors) not sure why they would do that. 2. They also got rid of the weighted blocks. You used to be able to use these for the cable machines and now they’re gone. I liked these because if the next weight in the stack was too heavy then you could use these blocks to increase slightly and build your way up. 3. There have been some instances where there is no toilet paper/soap in the restrooms. I understand it gets busy but I came back after my workout and the restrooms were still a mess. Overall still a good gym i just wish they didn’t get rid of these things😢
I Rate the Job the Staff Complete as 5 star, very professional only thing is if im being greeted and told good morning and I say it back, how is it that one associate completely turns his back to me and I don’t even get an answer as I ask “ how are you guys doing “ it’s seems that actually caring about people and how they are doing sometimes doesn’t work . I hate feeling ignored or not even answered it’s weird. I don’t want to walk into a gym and not acknowledge and ask how someone that is taking care of my space of peace is doing. Wishing peace and love 🙏🏽✨
