AOK Physical Therapy East (Springdale)

Every session is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, using manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, blood flow restriction, running gait analysis and strength and mobility work. It works with climbers, runners, weekend athletes and active adults, and with other orthopedic conditions. No referral is needed to start.
