Instructions

In a small bowl or directly in the jar, thoroughly mash a ripe banana with a fork until you get a smooth paste.

Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Quickly stir the ingredients so the spices are evenly distributed.

Pour in the milk, add the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Mix everything well until the mixture is uniform and creamy.

Seal the jar tightly with a lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight, so the oats and chia seeds can swell.

Before serving, stir the oats once more. Top with sliced banana and chopped walnuts for crunch.
