Instructions
1
Measure the cottage cheese or, alternatively, sieved curd cheese into a prepared bowl and spread it evenly across the bottom with a spoon.
2
Quickly rinse the fresh blueberries and raspberries under running water and gently dry them with a paper towel so you don't introduce excess moisture into the bowl.
3
Roughly chop the walnuts or almonds with a knife on a cutting board, as larger pieces will give the dish a better crunchy texture.
4
Nicely and aesthetically arrange the dried berries and chopped nuts over the prepared cottage cheese base.
5
Sprinkle everything with chia seeds and a pinch of ground cinnamon, then finally drizzle half a teaspoon of honey in a thin stream over the entire bowl and serve the dish immediately.
Nutritional benefits
