Peel the banana and cut it into small rounds. Peel half of the avocado, remove the pit, and roughly chop it.

Using a juicer, squeeze one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, which will preserve the vivid green color and balance the flavors.

Pour the cold kefir and fresh lemon juice into the blender first.

Blend all the ingredients on the highest speed for about 1 to 2 minutes, until you get a completely smooth, velvety texture with no visible greens. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
