Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and thyme.

Place the salmon fillets in the center of the baking sheet. Arrange the asparagus and cherry tomatoes around it.

Using a brush, evenly coat the salmon and vegetables with the prepared marinade. Season everything with salt and pepper.

Place lemon slices on top of the salmon and among the vegetables for extra flavor and juiciness.

Bake for 12–15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fillet), until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender but still firm.
