Wash the pear, cut it in half and remove the core. Then cut it into slices or cubes of your desired thickness.

Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced pear, cinnamon, vanilla and star anise.

Roast the pear for about 5–7 minutes, until it softens and turns golden-brown and caramelized. Just before finishing, add half of the honey so it nicely coats the fruit, then remove from heat and take out the star anise.

Place the skyr in a bowl. Stir in the remaining honey and chia seeds until the mixture becomes evenly creamy.

Arrange the warm roasted pears on top of the skyr and sprinkle everything with chopped walnuts for crunch.
