Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Finely grate the Parmesan. It's essential to use a block of cheese, as pre-grated cheese from bags contains starch that prevents full crispiness.

In a small bowl, mix the grated cheese with garlic powder, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and oregano.

Place small mounds of cheese on the baking sheet (about 1 heaping tablespoon per chip). Leave at least 5 cm of space between them, as they will spread while baking.

Gently flatten the mounds of cheese with the back of a spoon to form even circles.

Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown while the center is still slightly bubbly. Watch closely, as Parmesan chips can burn quickly!

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chips cool completely on the paper. They will firm up and become crispy as they cool.
