Line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a blender, grind almonds and oats to a coarse texture.

Add honey and coconut oil to the ground nuts and mix until the mixture becomes sticky. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan.

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, vanilla and maple syrup. Add chopped cherries and gently stir.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the base and spread it evenly with a spatula.

In a small bowl over a water bath, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars in a zigzag pattern.

Place the pan in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Before cutting the dish into bars, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
