Instructions
1
In a glass jar, first pour in the oats, chia seeds, hulled hemp seeds, and a pinch of fine sea salt, and stir all the dry ingredients together with a spoon.
2
Add the unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly so the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no lumps form.
3
Gently pour the washed mixed berries in a single layer over the prepared oat base (if using frozen berries, they will thaw overnight and release a wonderfully sweet, natural fruit juice that will soak into the oats).
4
Seal the jar tightly with the lid and store it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, so the oats and seeds absorb the liquid and swell into a thick, creamy texture.
5
In the morning, before serving, open the jar, add a spoonful of rich almond butter on top as the finishing touch, and serve the healthy breakfast immediately while cold.
