Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Put the cottage cheese, eggs, honey and vanilla into a blender. Blend until you get a completely smooth, creamy texture with no lumps.

Pour the wet mixture into a bowl and add the cocoa, oat flour, baking powder and salt. Gently mix with a spatula until you get a uniform batter.

Fold two-thirds of the chopped dark chocolate into the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top.

Bake for 22–25 minutes. The brownies are done when the edges are firm but the center still feels slightly soft (don't overbake, so they stay juicy). Let them cool completely before cutting.
