Instructions

1
Flavor tip: If you have a minute, quickly toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan. Once they smell fragrant and the skin cracks slightly, they'll gain an incomparably deeper flavor. Chop them before adding to the bowl.
2
Mix the Greek yogurt in a bowl with cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk it briskly with a spoon for about 30 seconds until it becomes noticeably fluffier.
3
Place the berries on top of the yogurt. If using blueberries, you can gently press a few with a fork so they release their juice and naturally color the yogurt.
4
Drizzle with a spoonful of almond butter. If the butter is too thick, warm it slightly in the jar between your palms.
5
Generously sprinkle everything with the crunchy hazelnuts.

Nutritional benefits

The high content of biotin and vitamin E in hazelnuts, combined with quality protein from yogurt, helps maintain healthy hair and skin, while probiotic cultures support optimal digestive function and strengthen the body's natural resistance.
