Instructions
- 1Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl with a spoon.
- 2Immediately drizzle with lime juice to prevent oxidation (browning), and roughly mash with a fork. Leave a few larger chunks for a better texture.
- 3Finely chop the red onion, tomato (without the watery core), and chili as much as possible. Also finely chop the fresh coriander.
- 4Add all the chopped ingredients and crushed garlic to the avocado.
- 5Season the spread with salt and pepper, then gently mix everything together so the flavors combine while the avocado remains textured.
- 6Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap (so the wrap touches the surface of the guacamole) and keep refrigerated until serving.
