Speakeasy of Strength is the best!! I wanted to get into weight lifting, but I needed some kind of class structure with a coach who could make sure my form was correct and encourage me to really push myself in the gym. I am so grateful that I found Speakeasy of Strength in South Slope. The class sizes are small, so everyone is seen and encouraged. The coaches are so knowledgeable, kind, and just all around great people. My fellow classmates are equally as kind and encouraging. I’m also grateful to be able to work out with such a diverse group of folks with a wide range of experience with weight lifting and exercise. The coaches will also adapt workouts to make sure people with injuries or limitations can still workout safely. All around a great, welcoming place to work out.
I recently started working out at Speakeasy of Strength. They've cracked the code - somehow I can regularly get myself out of the house to go there and work out. The workouts are so well crafted and the coaches attentive. Their model of group personal training is a sweet spot in terms of cost and support.
I adore the Speakeasy of Strength because they have made strength training fun and approachable. All of the coaches are fantastic at their jobs, helping us stay challenged while creating a chill environment.
Speakeasy of Strength is the absolute best! I had experience working out in a gym but was looking for more structure and guidance from knowledgeable coaches.
