Instructions
1
Wash all the fruit thoroughly and dry it. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half or quarters.
2
Peel the pineapple, mango and kiwi and cut them into roughly equal-sized cubes (about 1.5 cm), so that every bite is balanced.
3
In a small bowl, prepare the dressing: mix the lime juice, grated zest and honey. Stir until the honey has completely dissolved.
4
Place all the prepared fruit in a large glass bowl. Add the finely chopped mint leaves.
5
Pour the prepared citrus syrup over the fruit and gently mix everything with a large spoon so the dressing is evenly distributed without damaging the fruit.
6
Serve immediately or let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend further.
