In a food processor, grind the almonds and oats into a coarse flour. Add the dates, coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture starts to stick together into a sticky dough.

Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie pan. Place in the fridge while you prepare the remaining layers.

For the caramel, blend the soaked dates, almond butter, vanilla and salt in the cleaned food processor. Gradually add the soaking water until you get a completely smooth, thick caramel cream.

Spread the caramel evenly over the prepared base.

Slice the bananas into rounds and arrange them tightly over the caramel layer.

In a bowl, whisk together the soy yogurt and protein powder with a hand whisk until smooth. Spread this layer over the bananas.

Sprinkle the pie with grated vegan chocolate and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, so all the layers can set.
