Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Slowly melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over a water bath. Let the mixture cool slightly.

In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to whisk the eggs and erythritol until the mixture becomes light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes). Stir in the vanilla extract.

Carefully pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture and mix with a spatula.

In a separate bowl, combine the ground hazelnuts, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until you get a uniform batter.

Pour the batter into the baking pan. Spread the raspberries and chopped hazelnuts on top.

Bake for 20–25 minutes. The brownies should still be slightly soft to the touch in the center – don't overbake them so they stay moist. Let them cool completely before cutting.
