Instructions
1
Line a baking tray with parchment paper so you can remove the bark more easily later.
2
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla until the mixture is completely smooth.
3
Spread the yogurt mixture over the baking tray in an even layer, about 1–1.5 cm thick.
4
Arrange the banana slices on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks (or drizzle melted chocolate over it in patterns using a spoon) and granola.
5
Finally, lightly sprinkle everything with a pinch of sea salt, which will enhance the chocolate flavor.
6
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely set.
7
Once the bark is frozen, remove it from the tray and break it into pieces of your desired size using a knife or your hands.
Nutritional benefits
Thanks to the high protein content from Greek yogurt and the natural antioxidants in dark chocolate, this snack supports muscle recovery and stable energy levels.
