Instructions

Pour the oats into a small pot, add the almond drink and water, then add a pinch of salt and cinnamon.

Heat over medium heat and stir occasionally until the mixture starts to boil and the oats soften (about 5 minutes).

Lower the heat to minimum. While whisking constantly, slowly pour the egg whites into the oats. Whisk quickly for about 2 minutes, until the oats become extremely fluffy and double in volume.

Remove the pot from the heat. In a small bowl, mix the protein powder with a spoonful of water or milk into a smooth paste, then stir this paste into the cooked oats. This prevents lumps from forming.

Pour the oats into a bowl. Garnish with blueberries and a teaspoon of almond butter, and serve warm.
