In a food processor, grind the almonds and oats into a coarse flour. Add the dates, coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Mix until the mixture starts to stick together into a sticky dough.

Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie pan. Place in the fridge while you prepare the remaining layers.

For the caramel, in a cleaned food processor blend the soaked dates, almond butter, vanilla and salt. Gradually add the soaking water until you get a completely smooth and thick caramel cream.

Spread the caramel evenly over the prepared base.

Slice the bananas into rounds and arrange them tightly over the caramel layer.

In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and protein powder by hand until you get a smooth cream. Spread this layer over the bananas.

Sprinkle the pie with grated dark chocolate and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, so that all the layers set.
