Great gym and crowd. Really appreciate the fact that they’re open in all conditions (including holidays and snow days)! Appreciate the effort that takes by staff, and ensures I can always get my workout in.

Just went to a spin class by Josh Grider and had the most intense, fun, upbeat, welcoming, and sweat-inducing workout that I've experienced in a while. My Fiance & I will definitely be coming back and making this a weekly cardio tradition with Josh!

Grind House Fitness gets the job done if your primary fitness goal is lifting heavy things and putting them back down. The equipment is solid, the vibe is appropriately gritty without feeling like a tetanus hazard, and you really can’t beat a free 3-day trial. That 72-hour pass gives you plenty of time to scope out the room, dodge the local influencers filming their Bulgarian split squats, and pretend you're going to come back every day. Where the high-octane "Grind" completely runs out of steam, however, is the Infrared Sauna for Two. Calling this thing a "two-person" sauna is technically true only if the two people in question are folded origami swans or exceptionally close toddlers. Pushing two grown, sweating adults into that wooden toaster feels less like a post-workout recovery protocol and more like an aggressive social experiment in spatial boundaries.

When you get a trainer, ask for Nathan — we worked together for two years and he is incredible. My flexibility dramatically improved and I doubled some of my PR weights on squats, pull-ups, RDLs. Honestly life changing to have a coach in Nathan to build accountability.

Flames - mad equipment, it's like a fitness forward individual's dream gym honestly. There's always someone who knows what they're doing here and is friendly enough to help and everyone is super attractive high key. It's the power of positivity attracting similar vibes tho - you low key wanna be in an environment that keeps you focused and makes you feel like you belong which is mad important. They also do a 3-Day trial which is pretty clutch
