Instructions
1
Place the eggs in a small pot and cover them with cold water. Once the water boils, cook the eggs for exactly 9 minutes for a perfect hard-boiled texture.
2
Immediately rinse the cooked eggs with cold water to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, peel them and cut them into quarters.
3
Slice the cooked beef as thinly as possible. If the meat is cold (straight from the fridge), it will be easier to cut into thin, translucent slices.
4
In a large bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, pumpkin seed oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until the salt is completely dissolved.
5
Add the meat, sliced onion, and radishes to the bowl. Mix everything well so the dressing coats all the ingredients.
6
Place the salad on a plate or in a bowl, arrange the sliced eggs on top, and sprinkle with fresh chives.
